This state-of-the-art grand Vienna Concert piano features sophisticated VC technology, an independent Capo d’Astro for perfect adjustment in the descant registry and was handcrafted in Austria for a guarantee of quality and expert craftsmanship.

The engineering team at Bösendorfer has spent decades establishing an effective and traditional approach to piano manufacturing, with each instrument it ships taking up to 587 hours of masterly craftsmanship to complete. With its most recent scientific modelling and measuring technology, the company has been able to reimagine the classic Concert Grand from scratch, while remaining true to its original philosophy of sound and unbeatable quality.
From the initial design of the 280VC, right through to development and manufacturing, Bösendorfer spent time with some of the world’s most renowned pianists, who they refer to as ‘masters in the art of sound crafting’, to perfect the acoustic articulation of the piano. Measuring in at 280cm long and 157cm wide, this instrument has a net weight of just over 500 kilogrammes and features 88 keys. The piano comes with sophisticated VC technology and ultimate VC action geometry for optimal play and control. With an independent Capo d’Astro to provide the perfect adjustment in the descant registry, the piano also features single stringing from Bösendorfer bass strings and three pedals. Handcrafted in Austria, this machine has a resonance body made out of Austrian spruce resonance wood and has been made using a sophisticated processing of raw materials.
