Sauter Omega 220 / Omega 220 Plus Grand Piano

A slightly smaller concert grand than the Concert 275 that is both dynamic and sensitive, thanks to its light and graceful touch. This model is full of vitality and allows for the finest shades in tonal colours to be expressed.

The soundboard is made of the finest mountain spruce and provides rich variations in tone, while the specially selected hammer heads  allow for the finest shades in tone and fantastic sound colours.

Contemporary compositions often require that the pianist “attack” the strings directly. Sauter have therefore developed a system of additional register demarcation of the Omega 220 and Omega Plus.

Coloured register lines mark important division points on the soundboard, meaning the pianist can immediately find the corresponding positions on the string, thus allowing the player to switch rapidly between keys and strings.

All the materials used are the best quality. This model features ebony sharps and naturals faced with mineral compounds. Other features include:
