Every piano is considered individually, and where it is of interest, our experienced team will guide you from initial assessment and offer through to specialist collection and payment. We travel throughout the UK for the right instrument, while pianos from other manufacturers may also be considered for part exchange.

Our Process
Tell us the make, model and serial number of your piano, together with its condition, location and clear photographs. We will also ask about access at the property so that any transport costs can be calculated accurately.
Our purchasing team reviews available pianos each week. In many cases, we can make an offer from the details and photographs provided, although some pianos may require an inspection from one of our specialists.
If you accept our offer, we will arrange collection through our specialist piano transport team. Transport costs are confirmed in advance and deducted from the agreed price, with payment made by bank transfer on the day of collection.

How much is my piano worth?
The value of a piano depends on several factors, so we will need to review its details before we can provide an answer. Please complete our online form with the make, model, serial number, condition and location of the piano, together with clear photographs.
I live far away, is that a problem?
Not at all, we have our own piano transportation team that collect and deliver pianos nationwide and internationally.
Is there a charge to submit my piano?
No. There is no charge to submit your piano for consideration, and you are under no obligation to accept an offer.
The form won’t let me upload JPEG photos, what do I do?
If the file sizes are too large, sometimes the form will not upload them. If this happens you can email the images to [email protected] instead.
Can you make an offer from photographs?
In many cases, yes. Clear photographs and an accurate description will often give us enough information to make an offer. Some pianos may require an in-person inspection before the offer can be confirmed.
What affects your offer?
Our offer is based on the make, model, age, condition and history of the piano, along with its location, access requirements and current market demand. Clear photographs and an accurate description help us assess the instrument as fairly as possible.
Is the figure a valuation?
No. Any figure we provide is an offer to purchase your piano, rather than a formal valuation for insurance, probate or replacement purposes.
Do you buy digital pianos?
No. We currently purchase acoustic upright and grand pianos only.
Is transport included?
The cost of transport is confirmed in advance and deducted from the agreed purchase price. The cost will depend on the type of piano, its location and the access at the property.
When will I be paid?
Payment is made by bank transfer on the day your piano is collected.
