The CLP-645 is equipped with the powerful tone of flagship Yamaha concert grand, the CFX, and the wondrous beauty of the Bósendorfer Imperial to deliver a piano tone that is near indistinguishable from that of an acoustic grand. Thanks to their tireless efforts to reproduce the inner workings and subtle nuances than generate a grand piano’s timbre, Yamaha have succeeded in capturing the resonant characteristics to perfection. Enhanced Virtual Resonance Modelling (VRM) ensures the piano body resonates in the same way as an acoustic piano, resulting in a rich reverberation that produces an enveloping sound.

In order to get the best performance from the superb onboard sound engine, the CLP-645 Clavinova comes with an NWX (Natural Wood X) keyboard complete with synthetic ebony and ivory keytops. This smooth coating is capable of absorbing moisture so that your fingers will glide over the keys to allow you to express yourself without compromise.

POWERFUL DIGITAL CAPABILITY

Alongside the remarkable piano sounds of the CLP-645 Clavinova, you will also find over 30 voices such as organs, strings, electric piano, bass and more for you to create some truly inspiring performances. These can also be captured via the internal 16-track sequencer or be utilised via USB with a Mac or PC.
