Used Steinway & Sons Model A Grand Piano
This lovingly restored Steinway & Sons Artcase period piano presented in satin rosewood is beautiful in every sense.
Handcrafted in Hamburg, Germany in the first year of the 20th Century, this instrument possesses remarkable features such as its fretted music desk, engravings and carved legs.
This piano boasts two very unique features. Firstly, it has 88 notes whereas most Steinway’s from this period have 85 and secondly, it has three pedals. Nearly all pianos from this vintage were built with two pedals so to find three on a piano of this age is incredibly rare.
The restoration of this piano has been carried out with fully authentic and genuine Steinway Hamburg certified parts and all documentation is available upon request. The tone of this piano is warm and mature yet it still possesses its Steinway clarity and bell-like qualities.
