Designed from the ground up, our workshop forms the backbone of the Coach House Pianos experience. Housed within our Swansea headquarters, it includes purpose-designed zones for assessment, disassembly, action reconditioning, cabinet finishing, and final preparation — all under one roof. This isn't a service tucked away behind the scenes. It's a dedicated environment at the heart of everything we do, where every piano receives the care and attention it deserves before it ever reaches our showroom floor.

Whether brand new or historic, every instrument is fully assessed and prepared here — with the same attention to detail and the same end goal: an instrument ready to perform, and built to last.
