Steinway & Sons Model B Grand Piano – c1976

This Steinway & Sons Model B grand piano was built in Hamburg in 1976 and comes in the highly desired polish black cabinet.

At 6’11” in length, the Model B is widely regarded as Steinway’s most popular and versatile grand piano size, offering a strong balance of power, control and musical depth.

This example has been carefully maintained and remains in authentic condition throughout. It has previously been owned by the accomplished musician Robin Scott, known for the hit Pop Muzik, adding an interesting and credible musical provenance to the instrument.

The piano has been fully prepared in our workshops by our Steinway trained technicians, with the casework also carefully attended to by our cabinet craftsmen. The overall condition reflects its meticulous ownership.

Acoustically, the piano offers a warm, rich and mature tone, with a beautifully singing quality across the registers. The action is light and responsive, allowing for expressive and controlled playing.
